HNP Intellectual Property Office, found by Attorney at Trademark and Attorney at Patent, Mediator, Advocate Hovsep Payel who graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Law Faculty and completed his Master Degree in ?stanbul Bilgi University again by taking lessons in the area of Intellectual Property Law with International Commercial Law, in 2010 in Istanbul, serves its native and foreigner clients by representing them at foundations too such as Turkish Patent Institute, WIPO (World International Property Organization), in national and international levels, in various fields such as Trademarks, Industrial Designs, Patents, Utility Models, Geographical Indications, Integrated Circuit Topographies, Copyrights, Graphic Designs, Website Designs, Logo designs.

HNP Intellectual Property Office carries out its duties by depending on both law with justice and originality with functionality principles as a result of giving importance to the advocacy and draughtsmanship occupations, whereas it provides services by being faithful to the trust principle and the obligation of keeping secret during the relationship having with its clients. Besides Our Office carries out its services by considering circumstances its clients are in with the opinion of both preventing the loss of clients' rights, securing them and in the case of loss of rights compensating, recovering them from liables. Nevertheless, it diversifies its services with creative, conspicuous and solution oriented designs too according to the needs of clients.

The members of HNP Intellectual Property Office know English, Armenian and Turkish at advanced level.
